Breckenridge Employee: (approaching a patron) "So is he going to need surgery?"
Lady Patron: "We don't know yet."
BE: "So what exactly happened?"
LP: "It was awful. The snow was completely red. Apparently, his binding broke while he was on the jump. He landed with his leg bent, but the other ski came across and sliced through his ski pants, his thermals, and his leg. It hit a major artery. There was blood all over the snow, and all the snowboarders just kept coming down toward us, ignoring the crossed skies we had set out. I mean, the snow was completely red!"
Yep, I'm feeling terrific about this whole skiing thing.
