NFL picks week 9

Carolina over New Orleans - I went with the home team although both teams are on the same page as whether or not they come to play.

Cincinnati over Jacksonville - I wonder if anyone went the other way?

Cleveland over Tampa Bay - I don't know. Perhaps Tampa plays better on the road. Perhaps this week they get it together. I didn't believe either one of those statements after it snowed this week in that there parts of the midwest. Our boys aren't use to that as of late so I went with the Browns.

Dallas over Arizona - Here is the game that makes me go hmmm... The Cardinals are the real deal in the west and Tony Romo's status is day to day. I probably should have gone the other way, but the Cowboys are at home.

Kansas City over Jets - The Chiefs showed up last week and the Jets, well, the poor, poor Jets. I hope they do pull one off here because the Steelers play them next week and surely they will eventually win a game. I'd rather it be this one, but I obviously didn't believe it would be.

San Diego over Miami - The Chargers have lost two in a row. They won't lose this week.

Washington over Minnesota - This might be a good game. I took the Skins as they played well last week and I like Jay Gruden.

Philadelphia over Houston - The Eagles were handed a wake-up call last week. I think they score big this week.

San Francisco over St. Louis - The Rams let me down this week and I might have been annoyed because of that.

Denver over New England - The big game between the two top quarterbacks. Denver is on a streak of wins so you know that has to come to an end at some point, but their defense is just better than what Brady has on his side. I know if there is a game that Tom wants to win it is this one, but I just like the way the Broncos have it all together.

Seattle over Oakland - Uh, does this game really need to be played?

Pittsburgh over Baltimore - Oh, boy. Last week was so great that there is no way we can keep it up. Unless we really truly have got it together and are planning on tearing up the rest of the schedule. Oh, from my fingers to their ears...

Indianapolis over Giants - The Colts will blow them away on a boring Monday night game.
